The Lions just couldn’t do enough to beat the Cardinals in Arizona yesterday.  Jon Kitna completed 23 of 38 passes for 248 yards and an INT.  Kevin Jones left the game early with an injury and never returned.  Arlen Harris took over and carried the ball 10 times for 40 yards (4.0 ypc) and a TD.  Aveion Cason carried the ball 4 times for 20 yards.  Mike Furrey led the way for the Lions in receiving with 6 catches for 67 yards.  Roy Williams caught 5 passes for 67 yards.  Corey Bradford pitched in and caught 3 passes for 54 yards.

The defense didn’t really do much for the Lions.  The Cardinals ran the ball 30 times for 105 yards (3.5 ypc).  The Cards completed 19 of 29 passes for 233 net yards passing.

The Lions are looking really bad at 2-8 on the season.
