Jerome Felton is a solid all around fullback as he can block, run the ball and catch it.  He has nice size at 6’0″, 246 pounds and he runs a 4.75 40 so don’t expect any really long runs out of him.  Felton played in 48 games (43 starts) at Furman and he carried the ball 575 times for 2,652 yards (4.6 ypc) with 63 TD runs.  He also has caught 46 passes for 334 yards (7.3 avg).  Felton should do a good job in the new offense for the Lions and he will also likely help out on special teams.
